All trash and recyclables are picked up weekly and must be placed at the curb by 6:00 am to ensure pickup.

Service Options - Year 2013
Curbside Unlimited Service - $15.09/month
Rear Yard Service - $22.08/month - Any large items still need to be placed at the curb.

Optional Senior Citizen Service: Senior Citizens (Age 65 and over, must provide proof of age)  Seniors have the option of purchasing stickers at a cost of $1.89 per sticker, instead of participating in the unlimited service program. Stickers are available for purchase by calling Waste Management customer service. Stickers must be placed on the top of each bag placed at the curb for pick up. Any item placed out for pick up that does not have the appropriate sticker attached is subject to an additional charge. This service includes recycling.

Non-Senior Stickers Service - Sticker service is also available to non-senior citizens who only generate a small amount of trash at a cost of $2.52 per sticker. Stickers are available for purchase by calling Waste Management customer service. Stickers must be placed on the top of each bag placed at the curb for pick up. Any item placed out for pick up that does not have the appropriate sticker attached is subject to an additional charge. This service includes recycling.

"Snowbird" Clause - Customers who temporarily leave their permanent residence during the winter months shall be permitted to cancel service temporarily between November 1st and March 31st for a period not to exceed 5 months. Requests for this exception must be made in writing to Waste Management at least 30 days prior to the requested date to stop service. Include an approximate return date in your letter. Customers must strictly adhere to the 30 day advance request in order to exercise this privilege.

Electronic Disposal: - Beginning January 1, 2013, due to the Covered Device Recycling Act (Act 108 of 2010) or CDRA, residents cannot dispose of a covered device or any of its components with their municipal waste at curbside. Covered devices include desktop and notebook computers, computer monitors, computer peripherals and televisions marketed and intended for use by consumers. Computer peripherals include keyboards, printers or any other devices sold exclusively for external use with a computer that provides input into our output from a computer.
