PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, intends to consider the following applications:
SF 24-03-01 Deerfield Estates Plan of Lots No. 2A Revised Final – An application for Revised Final Subdivision has been filed by Deerfield Estates FP Development, LLC to allow the separation of Phase 2 into Phase 2A and 2B and for the recording of Phase 2A located at Deerfield Drive in the R-3 Zoning District.
SS 24-04-01 The Vandevort Plan Revised – An application has been filed by Tait Engineering for subdivision of the property located at 2504 Brandt School Road for the purpose of subdividing one lot into two lots in the R-2 Zoning District.
The applications may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer.
