PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will hold two public hearings on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, to consider the following conditional use applications:
Conditional Use Application CU 24-09-03 submitted by Matthew R. Marcenelle for conditional use approval to allow a ground-mounted solar array to be located on the property located at 2340 McAleer Road in the R-2 Zoning District.
Conditional Use Application CU 24-10-04 submitted by Matthew R. Marcenelle for conditional use approval to allow an accessory use structure with over 1,000 square feet of gross floor area to be constructed at the property located at 2340 McAleer Road in the R-2 Zoning District.
The applications may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer. All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present at the above time and place and you will have an opportunity to be heard.
