NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held December 18, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider Subdivision Application SS-24-12-03, submitted by Jared Pohl of Applied Contracting LLC for the Arvay Plan, a lot line revision between the properties located at 2489 Wexford Run Road & 2500 Foxbriar Court in the R-2 zoning district.
The application may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer.
