NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the Borough of Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read at the same time and location, for the Milling and Disposal of approximately 55,866 (+/-) square yards of Bituminous Paving Materials on streets within the Borough of Franklin Park and the Township of Ohio as specified in the bid documents.
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained in the general office of the Borough of Franklin Park Municipal Building from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. All bids must be upon the forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check made payable, without condition, to the Borough of Franklin Park and the Township of Ohio, in an amount no less than 10% of the bid. Each respective municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities.
