PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will hold two public hearings on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, to consider the following conditional use applications:
Conditional Use Application CU-24-05-01 submitted by Scot Kurtz, Architect PC for conditional use approval for improvements proposed to the existing nursery known as A & N Garden and Greenhouse on the property located at 2130 Reis Run Road in the R-2 Zoning District.
Conditional Use Application CU-24-06-02 submitted by Paul Diges for conditional use approval to allow a 1740 square foot detached garage to be constructed on the property located at 2465 Henry Lane in the R-1 Zoning District.
The applications may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer. All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present at the above time and place and you will have an opportunity to be heard.
