BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK
PROPOSED BUDGET, SPECIAL MEETING, AND TAX ORDINANCE NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park that the Proposed 2026 Budget will be available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road and on the Borough Website www.franklinparkborough.us, from November 20, 2025 through December 3, 2025. The proposed budget will be acted upon, subject to public comments and possible revisions, at a Special Meeting of Borough Council to be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. At the Special Meeting, the Borough Council will also consider any and all other business that may come before Council, and specifically intends to consider, and if appropriate enact, Proposed Ordinance No. 694-2025, which is summarized by the Solicitor as follows: Section I establishes the 2026 millage rate as 2.59 mills, Sections II-V continue existing taxes and rates, and Sections VI-VII are repealer and severability clauses. The December 3rd work session will immediately follow the Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
