The following is the updated restriction schedule information for the SR 79, A65 Route 910 Wexford Interchange Improvement Project.  

All work is weather dependent and any changes or updates to the schedule will be distributed accordingly.

Next Week – Monday, February 23^rd through Thursday, February 26^th – I-79 Southbound Lane Restrictions (see attached press release)

• A single-lane restriction on I-79 Southbound from just north of the Route 910/Wexford (Exit 73) off-ramp continuing approximately one-half mile will be implemented nightly, 7PM to 6AM, starting Monday, February 23^rd through Thursday, February 26^th (weather permitting).

• Crews to complete pipe installation work.
• Please stay alert and drive cautiously – safety is everyone’s responsibility!

Franklin Park Borough is now accepting applications for part-time seasonal workers for the Parks Department and Clover Hill Golf Course.  Positions available are Parks and Golf Course groundstaff, Golf Course Club House cashier, and golf course ranger.  Part-time seasonal work is from March 1 until Thanksgiving Day of each year.  Click on the Additional Information link to view our Job Opportunities Page for more details and download our Job Application Form.

The Franklin Park Community Scholarship application and the Melvin D. Lubert Scholarship for Technical Schools application are now available to graduating seniors who reside in Franklin Park Borough.

Applications may be downloaded from the Community Scholarship Program webpage or by using the application links above. The deadline to submit a completed application is March 13, 2026. Applicants must be residents of Franklin Park Borough to be eligible.

Sealed bids will be received at the Borough of Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read at the same time and location, for Trucking Services for the Borough of Franklin Park.

 Bid forms and specifications may be obtained in the general office of the municipal building from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.   All bids must be upon the forms provided. 

 The Borough of Franklin Park reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities.
